The production of a working 1:1 model follows the results of mechanical design, the "digital prototype". This can be used to test and evaluate all the characteristics of the planned series model.
These prototypes are constructed by experienced mechatronic engineers in our manufacturing facility. All steps are precisely documented in order to find answers at this early stage to any questions emerging. Knowledge gained in this way flows directly into the design workflow.

The feasibility of injection moulded components is tested on stereo lithography models. Certain properties of the model become immediately clear and initial function tests can be conducted.
