Value analysis
Lacon Engineering's method of value analysis considerably improves and adds value to objects being modified on printed circuit board layouts, sub-assemblies and designs through to production processes. Value analysis is carried out on a project-related basis and in small, interdisciplinary teams in our development and production departments.
Our benchmark for this is a significantly improved cost/benefit ratio.
The savings potential is usually high, since dispensable functions on a product can, for example, be corrected and new solutions found.
Aims of value analysis:
- Development and improvement of products and processes
- Time savings due to working on the problem in a methodical and targeted way
- Employee motivation from being involved in finding a solution
- Quality improvements and cost saving of at least 10%, but as a rule 30–50%.
