Management

For more than 25 years the Lacon Group represents the fulfilment of the capital goods industry´s special requirements. Almost 400 employees develop, optimize, produce and repair electronic and electromechanic assemblies. And this in smallest, small and medium quantities.
As medium-sized business with a certain dimension we are dependent on a well attuned team. We provide the right mixture of experience and know-how, professionalism and entrepreneurial passion.

Ralf Hasler, CEO

“The Lacon Group will develop to a first class service provider in the capital goods industry in German-speaking areas. With a considerable service portfolio and our deep practical knowledge we solve a lot of “annoying” problems of our customers. The development from an ordinary producer to a professional industry service provider was disrupted by the financial crisis of the year 2009. However, we are sure that we will achieve our aims and be a reliable partner on a long-term basis.”

Slaheddine Laroui, COO

“Combining an up-to-date production system with a fabrication, which is similar to manufacturing, is a challenge we meet daily. A variety of items and articles as well as minimal quantities require processes, which are both flexible and stable. By defining standards we create a targeted organizational construction, which manifests itself in our factories through uniformed flows of materials, visualizations and processes.
Quality, productivity, speed, flexibility as well as the reduction of any waste form the fields of our production system in order to guarantee product and delivery quality at a world-class-production level.”
