Kitting refers to the supply of all parts and components that are needed to make a product. These are delivered as a complete package or preassembled kit.
According to your requirements, we put together whole assembly sets for your products so that the components delivered just in time immediately flow into the production process.

In doing so, we assume the role of the purchaser and material scheduler for you, put everything together ready for assembly and deliver on time according to your production plan.
Such a kit can include not only mechanical components, but also ready-made parts or assembled printed boards – preassembled and commissioned specifically for the customer, which thus saves time and reduces costs long term.
Kitting offers the greatest possible streamlining potential if it is combined with our kanban and consignment supply systems, which then becomes a true high-performance system – K3.
