All "normal" articles we manufacture pass through well-established project management as part of our standard process. Our industrial engineers keep a firm grip on all of the processes until the article is running smoothly and intervene again only if technical changes are required.
For more demanding projects – e.g. transfer of a device involving multiple parts suppliers for moulded and bent parts, plastic parts, software development, etc. from A-sample status to volume production – we deploy our senior project managers: seasoned, technically competent staff with strong methods expertise who are also able to compensate for customer-side project management deficits.
