You have to start early to win over the talented, skilled personnel of tomorrow. The product realiser Lacon Electronic is aware of this and therefore takes part in university fairs in Bavaria several times a year.
This year, on 8 November, for the first time ever, Lacon had a 16m2 stand at the HOKO university contact fair in Munich. The fair, which lasts for three days, offers all students at Munich’s university the opportunity to present themselves to the employers of their choice. But above all, firms, naturally including Lacon, see the fairs as a rare opportunity to introduce themselves to the top students in person and hopefully commit them to join the firms early.
The two Lacon representatives (see photo) were also able to make great contacts with potential new colleagues and were pleased to experience such a large crowd at the fair!
Even the CEO himself, Dr Ralf Hasler, was at the fair and gave a talk on “Industry 4.0”. He also participated in a company talk. Both naturally in front of the critical eyes and ears of the students.
