For the fourth time in a row, the Lacon Group has been awarded by "Top Job" and may now carry the coveted employer seal for two years. The "Top Job" seal 2022 is awarded by former Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel as patron. The basis for the award is an anonymous employee survey and an audit of human resources work conducted by the Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen. "We are very proud that our group has once again received the employer award," says a delighted Ines Hillmann, CFO at Lacon, "the good feedback from the workforce is an important signal to the management that employees honor the company's commitment."
