Apprentices acquire comprehensive knowledge of electromechanics, device and system construction, cable assembly, control cabinet construction and PCB assembly.

Lacon trains electronics technicians for devices and systems, warehouse logistics specialists and industrial clerks. You are therefore welcome to apply to us if you are interested in one of these areas and would like to work in the electronics industry.

During an apprenticeship at Lacon, you will benefit from a secure training position with the possibility of being taken on, well-structured training with intensive supervision, varied tasks as well as staff parties, joint excursions and sporting events.

Company events take place regularly at Lacon. Among other things, we organize summer parties, Christmas parties, ski weekends, carting, wakeboarding, laser tag and bowling. You can also join a sports group with us and take part in sporting events such as company runs, soccer tournaments, etc.
