Headquarters and head office
At the Karlsfeld headquarters, over 300 employees work in three shifts in the production of electronic assemblies on an area of over 12,000 square meters. In three production halls on two levels, cables are assembled, printed circuit boards are fitted and coated and devices and systems are assembled into the final product ready for dispatch.
The embedded systems developers create new electronic worlds in hardware and software, which are implemented in production, and Euroconnectors supplies customers via the distribution of components and parts.

Würth system plant
Ten specialists in device construction for automatic systems near Bad Mergentheim have specialized in the high-end removal devices from Würth Eisos. In close cooperation with Würth, Lacon has decided to seamlessly integrate system production into the manufacturing process directly on site.
The Würth Orsymats are assembled on an area of over 1,000 square meters, from sheet metal processing to the assembly of the electronic modules, hardware and software are installed and tested until the dispenser is ready for dispatch to the logistics department.
Würth's Orsymat is the innovation in IIoT picking systems that can be perfectly integrated into ERP systems and support industrial article inventory management.

Lacon Montronic GmbH, located east of Hamburg, has been providing integrated solutions for electronics manufacturing for over 25 years. On more than 2,000 square meters of production space, around 60 skilled professionals manufacture high-quality electronic assemblies and systems. The site benefits from its proximity to customers such as Lufthansa Technik and Airbus, as well as many other companies in this industrial environment.
In addition, Montronic serves demanding industries such as mechanical engineering, laser technology, sensor technology, and utility engineering. The Galati site is located in an industrial hub on the Danube with excellent infrastructure connections to the whole of Europe. Almost 400 employees work on 10,000 square meters of hall capacity for high-volume line production in the areas of cable assembly and device construction.
