Lacon Electronic wins the 2025 Unternehmenscup

Karlsfeld. On May 24th, 2025, Lacon Electronic GmbH from Karlsfeld triumphed at the international finals of the Unternehmenscup in Hanover, becoming the official German Corporate Champion.

The Unternehmenscup, organized by BSports, is Germany’s largest corporate football tournament and brings together hundreds of companies in regional and national competitions. After winning the regional tournament in Augsburg, Lacon’s team advanced to the finals and delivered a brilliant performance to claim the ultimate title.

Led by player-coach Ugur Alkan, Project Manager for Industrial Engineering at Lacon and also a coach at the FC Bayern Campus, the team demonstrated impressive unity, discipline, and passion. Their journey was supported by enthusiastic fans – including an entire busload of colleagues who travelled from Karlsfeld to cheer them on.

The return to headquarters was equally emotional: Lacon’s executive board, including CEO Dr. Ralf Hasler, welcomed the champions and expressed pride in their achievement. “This victory reflects what’s possible when colleagues unite and push beyond limits – on the field and at work,” said Dr. Hasler.
