Lacon played the role of host for the first time at this second meeting in 2017 of the industry and innovation committee of the IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria.
The CEO of the Lacon Group, Dr Ralf Hasler, himself a member of the industry and innovation committee, first welcomed his guests with coffee and cake and a company presentation..
During a short guided tour through the production facilities, the innovation of the Fresh Detect startup, the first hand-held device for microbiological quality testing of food within seconds, attracted particular attention from the interested IHK members.
After the official meeting with fascinating topics and an expert talk on the promotion, challenge and change in industry, the visit drew to a close in a relaxed atmosphere with stimulating discussions over canapés.
