Last Friday afternoon, student engineers of MUAS were invited to Lacon Electronic GmbH in Karlsfeld for the first recruitment day.
Following a short introduction and company presentation given by one of the senior managers in person, the potential employees were taken on a guided tour of Lacon’s production facilities and buildings. They acquired an insight into modern work processes and the diverse tasks of an EMS service provider.
Each applicant was then able to hold a one-on-one conversation with a manager from a suitable department.
Lacon is already looking forward to the second recruitment day on 23.06.!
